Family Support Partners

As a graduate of the Wraparound process, the role of a Family Support Partner is to provide support to the family by sharing their stories and experiences, and providing support through planning, implementation, and transition of the Wraparound process. The Family Support Partner acts as a surrogate support for the family while they are involved in the formal Wraparound process. Throughout each phase of the Wraparound process, the FSP is tasked with helping families to build and utilize their own natural supports. Family Support Partners are well educated on community resources and are able to offer that knowledge to families throughout the process.
